Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how LastKey, a product of MB "Solcus", collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit our site, join our mailing list, or pre-order. We are committed to a privacy-first approach and to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who we are
LastKey is operated by MB "Solcus" (“Solcus”, “we”, “us”), Lithuania. For any privacy question, contact us at info@solcus.com.
For the purposes of the GDPR, MB "Solcus" is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
2. Information we collect
When you join our mailing list we collect your email address. When you pre-order, we also collect a username and any tier you select. If you contact us, we keep the content of your message and your contact details.
We also collect limited, aggregated usage data (such as pages visited) to understand interest and improve the product. We do not collect the sensitive documents or wallet contents described on our marketing pages — the product itself is not yet available.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to send the updates and early-access invitations you asked for, to manage pre-orders, to respond to your enquiries, and to improve our site and product.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising to third parties.
4. Legal bases for processing
We rely on your consent for marketing emails (which you can withdraw at any time), on the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps for pre-orders, and on our legitimate interests for basic, privacy-respecting analytics and for keeping our services secure.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate (for example email delivery and hosting), under agreements that require them to protect it. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights.
6. Data retention
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or as required to meet legal obligations.
7. Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.
8. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@solcus.com. Every marketing email also includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
9. Cookies and analytics
We use only the cookies necessary to run the site and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics that do not track you across other websites. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
10. International transfers
Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be highlighted here with a new “last updated” date. Questions? Email info@solcus.com.
This document is subject to change during the pre-launch phase. Changes after launch will be communicated to users.
