You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use this site and to pre-order.

LastKey is in a pre-launch phase. Pre-ordering reserves your interest and any indicated founding-member pricing; it does not take payment now and is not a guarantee that a specific feature, price, or launch date will be delivered.

Prices shown are indicative and may change until the product launches. We will confirm final details before any charge is made.

If you register a username and email, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for any activity under your registration. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for unlawful purposes.

The LastKey name, logo, content, and design are owned by MB "Solcus" and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

Our site may link to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The site and any pre-launch materials are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MB "Solcus" will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

We may update the site, our plans, and these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
